Responsible for leading enterprise wide business development programmes (Enterprise CCC, Youth Banking and Alternate Channels).

My tenure at SBSA included leading the Standard Bank Enterprise CCC programme of projects tasked to bring all call centres within the Personal and Business Bank into alignment regarding the service offered, technology used, processes that are followed and the way that people are managed, then to combine these elements with a common understanding and view of the customer across all product lines.

I also managed the Youth Banking programme of work tasked with creating the Standard Bank Youth Channel which was successfully deployed using digital channels in the form of a .mobi offering, a web portal and social media and their integration into traditional channels.

Responsible for establishing, planning and subsequent leadership of the Alternative Channels programme consisting of the projects for the extension of the Bank Shop Channel, the creation of a Cashless Branch Channel and, the creation of a Cell phone Banking Channel.

Also responsible for leading the PBB Mulit Channel Integration Programme. The fulfillment of my responsibilities include leading large teams of senior people, the future Heads of these Channels, and a variety of Directors and Executives from the Banks subsidiaries
